About the role

  • Responsible for the day-to-day support of the local facility
  • Act as a Field Service support for unresolved issues
  • Responsible for the hardware life cycle and disposal of obsolete equipment
  • Support the shop floor IT environment
  • Review tickets daily to ensure resolution
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT Team
  • Use Company software for setup/imaging of PCs
  • Responsible for deployment and setup of new hardware
  • Conduct new hire orientation
  • Ensure IT services are running as designed
  • Respond to IT customer needs

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science field
  • 3+ years related experience required, 5+ years of experience preferred
  • Prior knowledge of Local IT Support
  • Prior Experience of a Manufacturing environment is a plus
