About the role
- Supervise and guide any 3PL dedicated to MAHLE’s account to ensure 3PL performance according to set KPIs for optimization of manpower and cycle time
- Monthly standard reporting of 3PL performance
- Define WMS rules and function adapted to business requirements
- Assist in feedback and implementation of any projects undertaken to enhance the supply chain processes or business innovation and excellence
- Seek optimization in supply chain processes in getting close to the business activities, trends and strategies
- Support business projects and drive improvement projects in Japan
- Monthly reporting of Warehousing / 3PL KPIs under continuous improvement policy
- Weekly and Monthly inventory tracking reporting
- Prepare, support, coordinate the monthly reporting to Regional Operation and Excellence Asia Pacific
- Monthly report of performance lift KPI on cost savings
Requirements
- University bachelor’s degree or above
- 4+ years experience as SCM is mandatory
- Deep knowledge and experience of supply chain concepts, inventory management and warehousing is mandatory
- Automotive and aftermarket knowledge is a plus
- Business Japanese skill is mandatory
- Good English language skill is a plus
