• Oversee core accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with U.S. GAAP across journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger records
• Prepare precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with a strong commitment to timeliness and quality
• Support month-end and year-end close processes with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with audits and maintain strict adherence to compliance standards
• Review and analyze financial data, providing actionable insights while maintaining integrity of reporting
• Collaborate with the U.S.-based team via Zoom, Teams, and email
• Train and support junior staff as needed, reinforcing quality and accuracy standards
• Communicate directly with clients to clarify financial information, answer questions, and provide updates as needed
• Take ownership of assigned client accounts, ensuring deadlines are met and financial reports are reliable and audit-ready
• Partner with leadership on process improvements and recommend best practices to strengthen client accounting operations

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for building on MDC’s existing brand presence and driving growth. You will manage social media, create marketing materials, and lead outreach campaigns that generate consistent leads. You will also help establish scalable marketing systems and eventually a lead generation team. This role requires a strong marketing background, creativity, and the ability to turn vision into execution. • What You’ll Do: Manage and grow MDC’s social media presence (LinkedIn focus) with engaging, consistent content • Create decks, one-pagers, and case studies that bring our services to life • Develop and run outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events) to generate qualified leads • Hire and lead a Lead Generation specialist, ensuring a steady pipeline of prospects • Build and manage MDC’s marketing systems content calendar, brand kit, automation, CRM • Track results and report on engagement, conversion, and ROI • Partner closely with the CEO to turn vision into scalable marketing and growth systems • What We’re Looking For: 5–7 years in marketing with strong campaign + growth execution experience, skilled in social media, content, and outreach marketing
