Oversee core accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with U.S. GAAP across journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger records
Prepare precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with a strong commitment to timeliness and quality
Support month-end and year-end close processes with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Assist with audits and maintain strict adherence to compliance standards
Review and analyze financial data, providing actionable insights while maintaining integrity of reporting
Collaborate with the U.S.-based team via Zoom, Teams, and email
Train and support junior staff as needed, reinforcing quality and accuracy standards
Communicate directly with clients to clarify financial information, answer questions, and provide updates as needed
Take ownership of assigned client accounts, ensuring deadlines are met and financial reports are reliable and audit-ready
Partner with leadership on process improvements and recommend best practices to strengthen client accounting operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5–7 years of professional accounting experience, including direct work with U.S. companies
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and compliance standards
Proven ability to deliver accurate, high-quality financial work under tight deadlines
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
