About the role
- Design and orchestrate agentic workflows by combining AI prompting with Magical’s multi-agent platform
- Extend platform capabilities to solve complex, customer-specific challenges
- Act as a technical bridge between customers and product and engineering teams
- Capture real-world feedback and translate it into platform improvements
- Diagnose and resolve issues across deployments, integrations, and performance optimizations
- Ensure reliability in high-stakes environments like healthcare
- Build tools, documentation, and reference implementations to accelerate customer rollouts and scale the multi-agent ecosystem
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in engineering, QA engineering, solutions engineering, or similar technical background
- Deep curiosity about AI prompting, multi-agent systems, and automation
- Fast learner with strong fundamentals (prior experience a plus)
- Strong bias towards action and willingness to do whatever it takes
- Strong sense of agency; can effectively prioritize and unblock yourself
- Thrives in early-stage chaos and excited to define the playbook
- Studied science or engineering in college (dropout welcome)
- Located in SF/Toronto or willing to relocate
