About the role
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end design process for our iGaming platform, from initial concepts and user flows to wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and final visual specifications.
- Translate complex crypto mechanics and novel gaming concepts into intuitive, delightful, and engaging user experiences for our casino and sports betting products.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and leadership to define product strategy, shape the roadmap, and ensure a cohesive, high-quality user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to deeply understand user needs and advocate for design solutions that address them effectively.
- Contribute to our design system, maintain a high bar for visual and interaction design, and champion a culture of design excellence.
- Tackle ambiguous challenges and design elegant solutions for brand-new user interactions that have no existing precedent.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, delivering exceptional consumer-facing products.
- A demonstrable passion for and deep understanding of the iGaming space, including online casinos, poker, or sports betting.
- A deep personal passion for and knowledge of the crypto space and Web3 principles is required.
- Your portfolio showcases beautiful, modern UI, strong UX thinking, and the ability to simplify complex problems.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a track record of operating with autonomy and thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Mastery of Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.
- The ability to clearly articulate your design decisions, provide thoughtful feedback, and build consensus with stakeholders at all levels.
