About the role
- Lead the design direction for patient- and clinician-facing tools, ensuring usability, accessibility, and empathy in every interaction
- Translate clinical workflows and patient needs into simple, accessible design solutions.
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions.
- Create design systems and maintain brand consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless handoff and implementation.
- Advocate for users and champion design thinking across the company
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of web & mobile
- Experience collaborating with engineers on front-end implementation and design QA
- Experience designing for clinician or patient-facing apps
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Proficiency in Figma or other modern design tools
- Experience working in early-stage venture-backed startups
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work CST or EST
- Base salary of $80,000-$90,000
