💰 $80,000 - $90,000 per year

About the role

  • Serve as primary relationship lead for assigned health plan partners
  • Run recurring client meetings, performance reviews, and executive updates
  • Identify risks early and proactively protect partnership health
  • Own internal revenue and performance targets tied to your payer markets
  • Monitor month-over-month trends and implement corrective strategies
  • Drive member engagement and revenue-generating utilization initiatives
  • Analyze operational and program data to identify risks and growth opportunities
  • Ensure all contractual obligations and reporting requirements are met
  • Act as the internal strategic lead for your assigned markets

Requirements

  • 5–7 years in Medicaid Managed Care, population health, value-based care, or payer-funded programs
  • 3+ years of program or project ownership experience
  • Direct experience working with Medicaid health plans preferred
  • Startup or high-growth experience strongly valued
  • Background in maternal health, reproductive health, or Medicaid policy is a plus
  • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time
  • Project or program management certification is a plus, not required.
