• Place a high volume of outbound calls to eligible health plan members.
• Introduce Mae's services in a clear, warm, and member-centered way.
• Explain how members may benefit from pregnancy, postpartum, and doula support.
• Guide interested members through the enrollment and onboarding process.
• Use internal tools to identify members for outreach and track call activity.
• Document outreach activity, member status, and follow-up needs accurately.
• Use trust-building, active listening, and motivational communication to support member engagement.
• Handle unanswered calls, hesitation, and rejection with professionalism and resilience.
