About the role
- Partner closely with the CEO to translate ideas into structured narratives.
- Build and own executive-level decks for board meetings.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Drive end-to-end project management for CEO-sponsored priorities.
- Establish clear operating cadences and reporting structures.
- Conduct research and synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Analyze business performance data to inform decision-making.
- Prepare briefing materials ahead of key meetings.
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions.
- Act as connective tissue across departments to maintain alignment on CEO priorities.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in adtech, digital media, programmatic, or a closely related ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of the adtech landscape, including publishers, DSPs, SSPs, agencies, and core performance metrics.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from strategy through execution.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
- Exceptional Google Slides skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Low ego, high ownership, and strong accountability.
