Principal Engineer

• Take ownership of the product design process from initial discovery through final implementation for Activation initiatives.
• Design intuitive interfaces for our best-in-class execution engine, managing high-velocity transactions and massive scalability.
• Translate technical capabilities, like prioritized inventory waterfalls and multiple layers of volume capping, into user-friendly supply control tools.
• Imagine future interaction patterns where users supervise and guide AI-driven optimizations rather than manually executing tasks.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design "omnichannel" surfaces that integrate specialized media formats like Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) into unified workflows.
• Maintain and extend our design system to support emerging automation and activation workflows.
• Deliver high-quality user flows, wireframes, prototypes and production-ready designs.
• Conduct usability tests and interviews to validate that designs meet the needs of media sellers and buyers.

• Manage and triage support requests through our email ticketing system and direct client requests to the appropriate teams
• Register new users and manage account permissions
• Process orders and facilitate client communications for Email marketing campaigns
