• Cultivate high-performing agile teams to support end-to-end organizational agile maturity, focusing on learning, autonomy, and self-accountability.
• Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Assemble and review end of sprint metrics with teams and senior leadership; identify anti-patterns and areas for improvement.
• Help surface, identify and eliminate impediments beyond the team’s ability to remove directly.
• Facilitate conversations and resolve conflict using persuasion and powerful questions to guide teams towards better ways of working.
• Assist teams in establishing priorities and evaluating trade-offs to sequence activities that maximize business value.
• Build a trusting and safe environment for raising problems without fear of blame, with emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
• Coordinate execution of deliverables across multiple teams, focusing on scaling and managing cross-team dependencies.
• Surface and facilitate negotiation of technical enablers, NFRs and feature prioritization between product owners and lead engineers, ensuring architectural stability.
• Provide coaching and assistance to the product owner to keep the product backlog well refined, organized and maintained.
• Collaborate with other Delivery Leads and leadership to continuously refine overall business agility strategy.
• Identify, initiate, and participate in scaling ceremonies and activities to manage interdependencies across product areas.

Delivery Operations Lead

• Define and execute the overall sales operations strategy aligned with Madhive's business objectives and sales goals.
• Optimize sales processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Own upselling initiatives from ideation to analysis.
• Act as a technical liaison between sales teams, product, and engineering for both platform and local space customers.
• Provide technical support and guidance to sales teams on Madhive's products and solutions.
• Collaborate with sales enablement to develop customer-facing materials and training for platform and local space utilization.
• Assist in complex deal structuring and technical problem-solving for customer solutions.
• Manage and mentor a small team of sales operations professionals; foster continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team objectives are met.
• Lead and manage sales operations projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Develop project plans, track progress, communicate status to stakeholders, and identify and mitigate project risks.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI of sales operations initiatives; analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and support overall business objectives.
• Work from Madhive's NYC office 3-4 days per week (hybrid).

VP, Sales Operations and Strategy

Data Engineer

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and transforming large volumes of universal pixel and event data
• Build and maintain real-time and batch workflows using tools like Kafka, Airflow, and BigQuery
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to ensure event data is captured accurately through our JavaScript-based universal pixel
• Own and optimize ELT processes to support reporting, analytics, and machine learning use cases
• Develop and maintain data models to support internal stakeholders and platform features
• Monitor pipeline health, implement anomaly detection, and maintain high data quality standards
• Contribute to the evolution of our cloud data infrastructure (built on GCP)
• Document data pipelines, models, and operational workflows for transparency and team knowledge sharing
• Promote and enforce best practices in data engineering, observability, and data governance
