Product Manager

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solution advice in your role as a trusted advisor and shape solutions that leverage Made Tech's wider capabilities and credentials.
• Assess project performance as a part of the billable delivery team, QA Product Management deliverables and outcomes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Deliver Product Management elements alongside client and Made Tech delivery teams.
• Coach and mentor team members as well as providing direction to enable them to achieve their engagement outcomes and to help support and develop their careers.
• Act as a Product Manager to provide oversight and ensure alignment with internal and industry best practices. Ensure engagement experience is captured and used to improve standards and contribute to Made Tech knowledge.
• Work as part of a wider consulting team on large scale transformation and lead change projects in the public sector.
• Participate in business development activities, including bids and pre-sales within the account, industry and practice. Coach team members on their contributions and oversee the relevant technical aspects of the proposal submission.
• Undertake people management responsibilities, including performance reviews and professional development of your engagement and practice colleagues.
• Serve as a thought leader within Made Tech, our account engagements ,the wider public sector, and represent the company at industry events.

Principal Product Manager

Recruitment

• Full-Cycle Recruitment Delivery: Lead the end-to-end hiring process for varied roles across the business - from initial briefing and sourcing to offer negotiation and handover to the Enablement team.
• Proactive Sourcing & Pipelines: Use a diverse variety of tools (LinkedIn, Hackajob, AI sourcing tools, community networks) to find and engage with passive talent. You will build talent banks for recurring roles so we can hire with speed when the business needs it.
• Inclusive Sourcing & Selection: Proactively source and engage with diverse talent pools through community outreach and specialised networks to ensure representative diversity.
• Market Intelligence: Regularly scan the external tech landscape to provide hiring managers with real-time data on competitor moves, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Hiring Manager support: Act as a trusted advisor to managers; helping them to write compelling adverts and JDs, coaching them on inclusive interviewing techniques, and providing regular data-led updates on their vacancies.
• Candidate Experience Excellence: Ensure every candidate - regardless of the outcome - has a positive, high-feedback experience. You are the face of Made Tech and the primary guardian of our reputation during the hiring process.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Actively contributing to the Made Tech EVP by identifying human stories to share and showcase our culture externally.
• Recruitment Operations Support: Partner with the People Enablement team to ensure our ATS is up-to-date and that the administrative side of hiring (contracts, onboarding triggers) is seamless and error-free; identifying and flagging operational bottlenecks, proactively suggesting automation or process improvements to reduce Time to Hire.
• Internal Mobility Advocate: Proactively identify and support internal candidates for open roles. You will act as a career consultant for our people, helping them navigate internal moves and ensuring a consistent experience with external candidates.

Talent Acquisition Practitioner

Manager

• Accountable for ensuring delivery success, including scope, budget and quality
• Report to Heads of Delivery on a weekly basis the status of quality and risk
• Manage team resourcing to balance successful client delivery, team happiness and Made Tech commercial objectives

Lead Delivery Manager

Analyst

• Produce financial reports for account teams (contract/SOW burndown).
• Validate, track and approve TOIL for account teams.

• Support onboarding new team members and create rotation plans where appropriate.

Designer

• Responsible to a Lead Designer
• Hands-on design to assure the successful design and delivery of public services through technology.
• Acts as an subject matter expert, facilitating the design process and communicating design decisions to teams and setting expectations with stakeholders.
• Takes an active role in the Service and Interaction Design community, leading on (as appropriate), developing, and sharing good practice.

Senior Strategy and Change Consultant

Artificial Intelligence

• Conduct a deep-dive audit of our current HRIS capabilities. You will lead the "cleanup" of data structures and ensure we are utilising 100% of the system's potential to drive efficiency.
• Identify the top 10 most manual/repetitive tasks in the People lifecycle (e.g., contract changes, onboarding triggers, leave approvals) and build automated workflows to handle them using tools like Zapier, Workato, or native system integrations.
• Lead the practical rollout of AI tools within the People team. You will build and deploy custom AI assistants (GPTs or agents) to handle internal queries, audit payroll data, and assist in sentiment analysis.
• Ensure our People tech stack (ATS, HRIS, LMS, Payroll) is fully joined up, minimising data silos and ensuring a seamless, sign-on experience for employees.
• Act as a mentor to the wider People team, building their confidence and capability in using new tools and automation techniques so the transformation continues after your tenure.
