About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- End-to-End Implementation: Run customer onboarding from kick-off to a live, working deployment as a core part of our team.

- AI-Native: Tools like Cursor, Claude, and Copilot are natural parts of your workflow. You use them to move faster and smarter, not as a crutch.
- An Adaptable Communicator: You can move seamlessly between a strategic conversation with a Director of Repairs and a practical, empathetic one with a contact centre agent, building trust with both.
- Self-Directed & Collaborative: You can spot what needs doing without waiting for a ticket, but you always loop your team in early. You thrive in a "small team, high ownership" culture.
