About the role

  • Act as a Business Partner with a focus on people, culture, development, and performance;
  • Work in direct partnership with Operations Management, acting as the link between people, operations, and leadership;
  • Maintain and strengthen a healthy, mature organizational culture aligned with the agency’s strategy;
  • Support operational decisions, processes, and rituals with a human-centered, strategic, and data-informed perspective;
  • Design and lead development initiatives, training programs, and leadership development;
  • Manage onboarding and the employee lifecycle, maintaining continuous interface with leadership;
  • Build, monitor, and analyze metrics, KPIs, and targets related to people, behavior, and performance;
  • Develop indicators for engagement, adherence to operational culture, and behavioral development;
  • Structure development metrics by career track and level;
  • Track and analyze team-level performance, going beyond individual evaluations;
  • Translate qualitative aspects (behavior, demeanor, collaboration, and professional maturity) into measurable and trackable indicators to support leadership decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Business Partner;
  • Experience in a mid-sized agency environment (marketing, advertising, digital, or service provider);
  • Experience in dynamic environments with multiple projects and clients;
  • Hands-on experience with organizational culture and people development;
  • Ability to move between strategy and execution;
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and situational awareness;
  • Emotional maturity and autonomy to handle difficult conversations.
