Engineer

• Work alongside office and field employees to deliver large-scale HVAC and plumbing projects
• Support project execution by preparing subcontracts, purchase orders, project correspondence, field questions, and job write-ups
• Master HVAC and plumbing systems through study and mentorship from skilled professionals
• Manage scheduling and logistics to oversee job progress and track equipment and material deliveries
• Coordinate with Senior Project Managers and engage with all levels and functions across the organization
• Contribute to new construction, retrofit/special projects, service, building performance, and performance contracting efforts
• Drive project success by taking initiative, solving problems independently, and ensuring projects stay on schedule
