About the role
- Ensure accurate stock management and reconciliation within the retail department
- Manage stock allocation for sales and track returns to the warehouse
- Support and conduct stock audits and regular reconciliations
- Handle customer interactions, resolve product issues, and facilitate in-warranty repairs
- Maintain depot in excellent condition and provide daily reports on stock status
- Troubleshoot product issues and coordinate repairs with relevant teams
- Collaborate with sales teams and warehouse operations to optimise stock processes and availability
Requirements
- College diploma or degree in a relevant field (required)
- Experience in customer care or stock management (essential)
- Strong data management skills and proficiency in Excel
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in fast-paced retail or logistics environment (preferred)
- Ability to collaborate with retail and warehouse teams
- Legal right to work in the country (applicants asked to confirm)
