About the role

  • Develop deep familiarity with M7’s product, system architecture, and underlying data models
  • Investigate real production issues reported by internal teams by reproducing behavior, inspecting data, and identifying root causes
  • Use SQL and internal tooling to analyze data inconsistencies, logic errors, and system behavior
  • Resolve issues directly when possible and partner with engineers when changes to the codebase are required
  • Provide engineers with clear reproduction steps, data analysis, and impact assessments to speed up fixes
  • Identify, document, and communicate temporary workarounds to unblock users while long-term fixes are implemented
  • Track recurring issues and contribute insights that inform product improvements and engineering roadmap decisions
  • Document common issues, resolutions, and internal workflows to reduce repeat incidents over time

Requirements

  • recent graduates or early-career engineers with a background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • curious about how systems work end-to-end and enjoy debugging complex problems
  • comfortable working with data and interested in becoming experts in SQL
  • reason clearly about system behavior and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical partners
  • enjoy learning quickly in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • nice to have experience with SQL, APIs, or web-based systems
  • internships or projects involving production systems, data analysis, or debugging
  • interest in healthcare technology or enterprise software
