About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned local accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- As the primary local point of contact for assigned International accounts, you will cultivate and maintain robust, long-term relationships.
- You will also serve as a crucial liaison with Global Account Managers, ensuring client requests are effectively communicated and resolved.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account growth, customer retention, and new business development.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory, including market expansion and upselling/cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective clients.
- Responsible for responding and submitting tenders relevant to the territory.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Manages the implementation of the customer programme, liaising with all internal departments to facilitate a smooth launch and onboarding, and ensure that all contracting and supplier registration processes are completed before the launch date.
- Monitors and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to new business development.
Requirements
- You have several years corporate B2B sales experience
- Experience within EAP or healthcare sales is advantageous
- Fluency in English & Hungarian is mandatory
- Experience with CRMs - salesforce ideally
- Strong relationship building
- Remote based position but comfortable travelling to customers in Hungary as required
