Arrange face-to-face counselling according to procedures and client company standards
Manage client cases with thorough and rigorous case management to alleviate presenting problems
Compile bespoke and meaningful reports based on managerial consultations, affiliate feedback, client check-ins and case management
Case manage affiliate counsellors referred clients and provide feedback to assist affiliate management
Provide support and guidance to affiliates in case management, clinical management and administrative aspects
Offer Managerial Consultancy Services through the Managerial Consultancy line as rostered and on request
Populate managerial referral forms based on consultations with referrers
Identify call trends and develop information packs and reports with recommendations
Implement and adhere to client-specific policies and procedures (e.g., substance abuse, occupational health, incapacity management)
Manage risk, engaging emergency contacts, hospitals, referrers and other third parties when necessary
Conduct Exec Wellbeing sessions and compile bespoke reports for clients
Provide telephone counselling to clients as required
Monitor client satisfaction and conduct impact assessments (pre and post) as required
Investigate customer feedback relating to cases in caseload
Maintain accurate computer records of all services provided, including electronic contact and conversations
Keep and report weekly statistics of reports written, impact survey outcomes and case management
Provide prompt feedback to account managers, team leaders and management
Attend all meetings and staff support groups
Requirements
A fully qualified and registered social worker with at least an honours degree in Social Work OR a fully qualified and registered Counselling, Clinical or Educational psychologist OR a Registered Counsellor
Registered with the appropriate professional body (HPCSA or SACSSP)
Customer service orientation
Ability to cope under pressure
Clinical background with an understanding of solution focused brief-term therapy
Comfortable providing advice to clients in executive and managerial positions and working with senior staff
Strong administrative ability
Able to work independently and within a team
Provide services in a professional and respectful manner consistent with professional values
Willing and able to work shift hours as required by the role
Permanent five (5) day a week availability (Monday to Friday)
