About the role
- Manage current and prospective end customers and develop long term business opportunities
- Create value and grow target products in Indian subcontinent regions
- Meet customer requirements and coordinate the introduction of new products
- Ensure optimization of business success according to marketing objectives
- Responsible for margin growth & market share in ISC region
- Develop and implement promotional strategies and manage project activities
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and analyze market trends
Requirements
- University or College Degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Polymer Engineering
- More than 5 years industrial experience in technical services and business roles
- Specialty Masterbatches for Pan India experience
- Strong liaison with peers in Asia, EU, and NA
