About the role
- Support and onboard customers in the technical details of our trading software
- Answer customers' technical questions about financial products via phone and email
- There are no sales calls or cold outreach — customers reach out to you
Requirements
- Interest in and, where applicable, experience with international financial markets and products, e.g., through personal trading or relevant university coursework
- Confident communicator when dealing with customers — experience is an advantage
- Excellent German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken — contact with our partner is in English
- Proficient with Office applications
