About the role
- Translate vision into strategic roadmaps, OKRs, and business priorities.
- Own business metrics, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
- Lead special projects and expansion plays that push boundaries.
- Partner across functions to ensure alignment and performance.
- Work directly with the founders and leadership to shape Luxehouze’s future.
- Align the machine driving growth initiatives and orchestrate company-wide execution to scale the business.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of proven leadership experience, with a strong record of promotions and progression.
- Track record in scaling businesses, leading strategy, or driving major initiatives.
- Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or senior roles in top startups/MNCs/retail.
- Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence across levels.
- Solid in data, financial modeling, strategy, and execution.
- Degree from a top-tier university (locally or internationally).
- Passion for the luxury industry is a big plus.
