E-Commerce Customer Service Executive

Financial Planning and Analysis

• - Assist Assistant Finance Manager in preparing statutory financial statements and supporting schedules.
• - Support external audit process, including gathering supporting documents, addressing audit queries, involve in annual stock take and preparing audit schedules, etc.
• - Support in various accounting and finance operations, including reconciliation, reclassification, etc
• - Ensure timely and accurate month end and year end closing, including accrual/provision posting, recurring journal preparation, reconciliation, etc
• - Ensure timely submission of statutory filings, such as SST, IST, tax related filing, government statistic report, ESG report, etc.
• - Work closely with shared service team (O2C, P2P, R2R) to ensure completeness of accounting transactions.
• - Provide financial analysis and variance analysis support for cross functional projects.
• - Support process improvements, SOP updates and implementation of best practices within finance function.
• - Ensure compliance with financial standards and company policies.

Customer Support

• Execute the end-to-end order management process in accordance with established procedures for all assigned brands.
• Develop and implement new order management processes to support newly acquired brands, as required.
• Perform stock deployment to consignment stores based on approved stockholding analysis and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure timely, complete, and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor out-of-stock (OOS) items, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and provide timely reports and recommendations to improve product availability and support replenishment planning.
• Timely and accurate preparation of outright service level report.
• Process marketing material requests and sales support requirements, ensuring complete documentation and providing served and unserved reports.
• Process outright customer orders and coordinate delivery schedules with the Warehouse to minimize purchase order cancellations.
• In-charge with other administrative tasks such as encoding of allocation to create an Outbound for the JV’s stocks allocation, sales events and store transfer.
• Facilitate the quarterly pullout of non-moving stocks from consignment stores by providing inventory reports and coordinating with the Sales team.
• Support internal audit activities by reviewing and validating compliance with key warehouse processes.

• To oversee, develop and leverage the performance of brand in Indonesia market.
• Specifically, to focus on developing brand image and positioning, sales turnover as well as profitability.
• The successful candidate is responsible for brand building initiatives in the local markets to establish a strong brand image and awareness to recruit and retain customers.
• Responsible for the full spectrum of brand marketing (product management, media, ecommerce, PR, visual merchandising, launching new products as well as animating key pillars, etc...)
• Full P&L responsibility to meet brand’s Budgets KPIs (Retail Sales, Net Sales, Expenses and OP)
