• Assist in Article Master setup and maintenance in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product data
• Support data validation, clean-up, and reporting using Microsoft Excel
• Prepare, update, and maintain SOP documents (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Participate in process reviews and improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify required information

• Support the Superior preparing billing process (preparation of billing, tax invoice, filing)
• Credit management control, follow up on credit block orders and liaise with related PIC
• Maintain Customer Master Data (creation new customer, increase credit limit, update customer information, change TOP, etc)
• Monthly Ageing/overdue report analysis (comments) and highlight risks
• Prepare sales reconciliation
• Support the Superior to prepare tax declaration and tax reconciliation
• Support the Superior prepare monthly closing schedule
• Support in statutory audit and tax preparation and enquires
• Ensure compliance with internal controls
• Support ad-hoc improvement projects

• To work as a Business Analyst to gain in-depth understanding of business processes and define the use cases / user stories for applications.
• To develop highly available business reports, dashboards using excel/PowerBI/Tableau
• To report to the Platform owner and collaborate closely with business units and other IT teams
• Understand the requirements of stakeholders and map them with the data sources/data warehouse, perform business analysis and data queries using appropriate tools
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as business teams, engineering teams, and partner teams and align them with respect to your focus area
• Execute analytical projects and understanding of analytical methods
