Provide bilingual patient support (English/Spanish) for scheduling, reschedules, and cancellations.

Navigate multiple systems to update records and communication preferences.
Collaborate with therapists and internal teams to resolve patient escalations.

Use ticketing tools to escalate complex issues appropriately.
Maintain compliance, accuracy, and detailed documentation in all interactions.
Requirements
Fluency in English and Spanish (required).
High school diploma or equivalent.
0–1 year of experience in customer service, healthcare, or administrative roles (healthcare experience preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven remote environment.
Previous experience with high volume call handling.
Empathetic, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.
Availability to work part-time, consistently within assigned hours.
