Identify and understand customer pain points, tailoring solutions that align with their specific business objectives and healthcare needs.
Skillfully overcome objections, negotiate terms, and drive complex deals to successful closure, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnership.
Foster strong, ongoing relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure a seamless lead handoff, optimize pipeline progression, and maximize conversion rates.
Partner with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to align sales strategies with customer requirements, ensuring smooth post-sale execution.
Track and manage all sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accurate sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and timely reporting to leadership.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging healthcare technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position the company’s solutions and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
3–7 years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally within the healthcare technology or SaaS sector.
Demonstrated success in closing deals and consistently exceeding revenue targets, particularly in complex sales environments.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and build trust.
Experience managing multi-stakeholder environments and navigating lengthy, complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
Expertise with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, consistently driving results while adapting to the dynamic needs of the healthcare industry.
