The Account Director will work with the other senior colleagues in account services to contribute to the overall management of the department through assisting with training, operations, and organic development of existing accounts.
Responsibilities include client service excellence, managing project movement and delegation, ensuring financial deliverables accuracy, maintaining records in Datavision or PubSTRAT, identifying new areas for organic growth, fostering team relationships, and leading across accounts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5 plus years of account management experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries
Demonstrate intermediate understanding of the clinical development process and how this can be impacted by strategic communication planning
Ability to work in fast-paced, quickly changing environment
Excellent financial acumen
Excellent project management skills, including organization, prioritization and delegation skills
Flexible, deadline oriented, and ability to work as part of a multifunctional team
Certified Medical Publications Professional via the credentialing program offered by the International Society of Medical Publication Professionals (ISMPP) preferred
