About the role
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles — from sourcing to close.
- Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality candidates.
- Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and scorecards.
- Craft great candidate experiences — from first touch to offer.
- Iterate quickly on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels.
- Build scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support hiring at scale.
- Help build our employer brand across LinkedIn, events, and referrals.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in a high-growth startup.
- Strong sourcing skills and creative approach to finding top talent.
- Experience recruiting for roles like software engineers, product managers, and data scientists.
- Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- Great communication, judgment, and candidate closing skills.
- Deep interest in AI, technology, and building early-stage teams.
- Organized, fast-moving, and excited about making hiring a strategic advantage.
