About the role

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles — from sourcing to close.
  • Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality candidates.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in a high-growth startup.
  • Strong sourcing skills and creative approach to finding top talent.
  • Experience recruiting for roles like software engineers, product managers, and data scientists.
  • Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight.
  • Great communication, judgment, and candidate closing skills.
  • Deep interest in AI, technology, and building early-stage teams.
  • Organized, fast-moving, and excited about making hiring a strategic advantage.
