• You manage our most important hotel partners and hotel groups — including some of Europe’s largest operators.
• You build sustainable, trust-based relationships at decision-maker level and develop them for the long term.
• You create bespoke account strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen our position with strategic partners.
• You are responsible for contract negotiations, renewals and upsells — with a focus on sustainable success.
• You analyze performance and usage data, identify optimization opportunities, and prepare meaningful reports for C-level stakeholders.
• You are the primary point of contact for leadership teams across IT, Management, Marketing and Finance.
• You work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support to make partner success measurable.
• You actively contribute to the continued development of our product and our internal account management processes.

Customer Support

• Du unterstützt unsere Nutzer:innen kompetent und freundlich bei technischen Fragen und Problemen.
• Du sorgst dafür, dass neue Terminals erfolgreich starten, und begleitest unsere Kund:innen durch den Verifizierungsprozess.
• Du prüfst Anfragen, erkennst Muster, kategorisierst Probleme und leitest komplexere Fälle gezielt an unser Entwicklerteam weiter.
• Du bringst deine Ideen ein, um unsere Support-Abläufe kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
• Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleg:innen zusammen und unterstützt bei Projekten rund um den Support – von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung.

Customer Support Agent

• Erste Ansprechperson im Support für Nutzer:innen bei technischen Fragen per E-Mail, Chat oder Call
• Onboarding & Implementierung neuer Terminals und Begleitung durch den Verifizierungsprozess
• Analyse & Problemlösung: Anfragen prüfen, Muster erkennen, Probleme kategorisieren und komplexe Fälle an das Entwicklerteam eskalieren
• Prozessverbesserung: Ideen einbringen und Support-Abläufe kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln
• Teamarbeit & Projekte: enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen und Unterstützung bei Projekten von Konzeption bis Umsetzung
• Gelegentliche Rufbereitschaft an Wochenenden/Feiertagen (~einmal im Monat)
• Mindestens vier Tage pro Woche im Büro in Berlin (Ostkreuz)
