About the role

  • Acting as the go-to person for our Exec team - working quickly to manage and anticipate priorities, ensuring full meeting prep and providing briefings and background information
  • Acting as an extension of our Exec team to liaise with internal and external clients, assisting in the development of presentations etc.
  • Create, develop and manage reports ensuring a clear and concise overview of any issues
  • Using your strong organisation and prioritisation skills to manage diaries, including scheduling of meetings and booking of travel
  • Getting involved in various projects, working with different stakeholders
  • Meeting organisation - creating agendas and venue bookings
  • Taking on a key role as a point of contact amongst our Leadership team, colleagues, clients and external partners, truly representing the LRQA brand and values
  • Management of our office, supplies and the needs of our teams and visitors.

Requirements

  • Strong experience within a similar role in a fast paced commercial environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Resilience and confidence - the ability to move projects and tasks along at pace
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating the ability to adapt style and tone accordingly to different situations and stakeholders
  • The ability to juggle different tasks, effectively prioritising and managing competing demands
  • Able to display high levels of confidentiality and discretion.
