About the role

  • Lead, coach, and develop the People Administration team delivering end‑to‑end lifecycle support from Day‑1 to offboarding
  • Oversee daily operations to meet SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements across multiple countries
  • Act as the escalation point for complex or sensitive employee administration matters
  • Maintain strong governance, risk management, and audit‑ready processes
  • Drive process optimization, automation, and digitalization initiatives across global HR workflows
  • Partner closely with Payroll, People Advisory, Rewards, HRIS, and other internal teams
  • Lead global process standardization while balancing local country requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading HR operations or shared services teams
  • Strong understanding of HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors
  • Familiarity with automation, workflow optimization, and digital HR tools
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead through change and support global process implementations
