About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop the People Administration team delivering end‑to‑end lifecycle support from Day‑1 to offboarding
- Oversee daily operations to meet SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements across multiple countries
- Act as the escalation point for complex or sensitive employee administration matters
- Maintain strong governance, risk management, and audit‑ready processes
- Drive process optimization, automation, and digitalization initiatives across global HR workflows
- Partner closely with Payroll, People Advisory, Rewards, HRIS, and other internal teams
- Lead global process standardization while balancing local country requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading HR operations or shared services teams
- Strong understanding of HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors
- Familiarity with automation, workflow optimization, and digital HR tools
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead through change and support global process implementations
