💰 £26,000 - £30,800 per year
About the role
- Manage a portfolio of properties for investment grade Corporate landlords
- Provide support to the Senior Property Manager and wider corporate team
- Oversee department ensuring professional service is received by Landlord/Tenants and identifying service level opportunities
- Manage tenancies from commencement to end, adhering to management instructions
- Conduct property site visits and ensure compliance with safety inspections
Requirements
- 3+ years of property management background
- Professional body training exams (ARLA, RICS, IRPM or ARMA certification preferred)
- IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work from both home and Head Office in Reading
