About the role
- Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre
- Ensure customers receive the highest level of service and support
- Act as a point of contact for tenants and landlords
- Assist with inquiries, booking appointments, and ensuring smooth tenancy process
- Provide excellent levels of both telephone and written communication during tenancy
- Responsible for accepting and understanding tenants maintenance requirements
- Communicate issues to landlords with solutions and arrange works
- Update all parties on a regular basis via phone, email, or text
Requirements
- Excellent communication, written and verbal
- Professional telephone manner
- Organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
- Full UK Driving License Required
