About the role
- Serve as SCA, margin, and banking solutions expert
- Educate Advisors on how to integrate banking and lending capabilities
- Develop and disseminate best practices and sales enablement tools
- Attend recruited Advisor HOVs and LPL conferences
- Collaborate with the Advisor Transitions team for white-glove service
- Collaborate with Advisors to develop tailored solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Series 7 License or ability to obtain within 90 days
- 10+ years of experience within financial services with strong knowledge of banking and lending products
- Proven experience driving adoption of banking and lending products in an Advisor-led wealth management organization
- Exceptional ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and Advisors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong desire and ability to solve problems and find creative solutions
- Willingness to travel as necessary
