About the role
- Develop and implement comprehensive real estate strategies for a defined geographical region or business unit.
- Manage all aspects of the real estate lifecycle, including site selection, lease negotiation (new, renewals, and expansions), acquisitions, dispositions, and property management.
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to support real estate decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee landlord relationships and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, finance, operations, facilities) to ensure seamless real estate project execution.
- Prepare and manage real estate budgets, forecasting expenses and identifying variances.
- Ensure all real estate activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate real estate-related risks.
- Provide regular reporting on real estate portfolio performance to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate management, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and portfolio management.
- Strong understanding of real estate financial principles and market analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (up to 20%).
