About the role
- Oversee the delivery, prioritization, and optimization of the People Systems portfolio—primarily centered on Workday.
- Manage the enterprise People Systems backlogs and oversee a team of administrative focused resources.
- Partner with functional system leads to ensure proper sequencing, resourcing, and change management.
- Act as a primary liaison between People Systems and business partners to ensure transparency and alignment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR Technology, People Systems, or related portfolio/program management roles.
- Hands-on experience with Workday (multiple modules preferred).
- Proven ability to manage complex backlogs and competing priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with direct reports or project teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
