About the role

  • Lead the full lifecycle of solution delivery, from initial ideation and requirements gathering to production deployment and post-launch support.
  • Facilitate collaboration among IT, Operations, Compliance, Product, and external partners to ensure unified understanding and alignment on solution objectives.
  • Collaborate with UX to develop detailed journey maps and process flows that capture business requirements, integration points, and user experiences across domains.
  • Partner with Dev Leads, Enterprise, Solution and Infrastructure Architects to architect scalable, robust solutions.
  • Define and document integration points and data contracts between systems.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for integration success.
  • Drive the development and execution of comprehensive E2E test plans.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years in solution architecture, integration leadership, or program management roles within large enterprises or consulting environments.
  • Direct experience with M&A integrations, partner onboarding, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Strong Technology Leader who has experience with development in .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core).
  • Experience designing and building enterprise-grade integration components.
  • Experience in AWS cloud-native solutions using modern programming frameworks and cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data integration, and solution design principles.
  • Familiarity with modern integration technologies (APIs, microservices, middleware) and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in mapping business processes, designing data flows, and documenting integration requirements.
  • Deep knowledge of E2E testing strategies, defect management, and quality assurance best practices.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Lucidchart, and enterprise data management platforms.
