About the role
- Provide Tier 2 support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, conference room technologies, and remote connectivity.
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, browsers, and LPL applications while meeting established SLAs.
- Configure, deploy, reimage, and decommission devices in alignment with corporate standards and security policies.
- Support remote and hybrid employees, including VPN connectivity, device setup, and mobility tools.
- Contribute to knowledge base development, ITIL processes, and continuous improvement of support operations.
Requirements
- Ability to work fully onsite in an LPL corporate office to support in‑person employee technology needs.
- Hands‑on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Proficiency with workstation setup, remote connectivity (VPN), conference room technologies, and basic networking.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Citrix VDI, and mobile device support.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach to issue resolution.
