  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities.
  • Ensure an exemplary advisor experience by coordinating with internal partners through discussion, demonstration, and leading by example to meet and exceed advisor expectations.
  • Actively monitor and analyze emerging trends, developments and players across the industry landscape.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal business partners throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Sales experience working within the independent wealth management industry
  • FINRA licensed (preferred)
  • Familiarity with existing investors in the wealth management space (including aggregator models, private equity firms, and banks) preferred
