About the role
- Serve as the primary People partner to EVP/SVP-level leaders
- Advise on organizational effectiveness, performance, talent, workforce planning, and change
- Translate business needs into actionable People solutions
- Act as a thought partner and sounding board for leaders
- Own delivery of core People Business Partner services for assigned client groups
- Ensure consistent application of People programs, policies, and practices
- Support organizational change initiatives
- Use data, insights, and experience to inform decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- People Business Partner experience in complex, fast-paced organizations
- HR generalist background, including employee relations, performance management, and change support
- Experience partnering with COEs (Compensation, Talent, L&D, Communications)
- Experience in financial services, professional services, or sales-driven environments preferred
