About the role
- Lead and develop a team responsible for statistical measurement and analytics
- Provide coaching, technical guidance, and prioritization of analytical work
- Partner with Finance Business Partners and stakeholders to align measurement with business objectives
- Present initiative performance and insights to leadership
- Oversee the design and execution of A/B tests and measurement frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, statistical modeling, or data science
- 3+ years of experience leading analytics teams
- Expertise in A/B testing, regression modeling, hypothesis testing, and time-series analysis
- Highly proficient in Python and SQL
- Experience analyzing large retail or transactional datasets
