• Provide day-to-day support to Commercial Finance Managers across a range of business activities.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly performance reports, forecasts and budgets.
• Support the evaluation of commercial opportunities, including sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.
• Respond to requests for financial information and analysis from stakeholders across the business.
• Support the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasting tools.
• Support scenario analysis and sensitivity testing for cashflow forecasting, commercial projects and investment decisions.
• Maintain model assumptions and supporting documentation.
• Gather, collate and validate financial and operational data from multiple sources.

Commercial Finance Analyst

Executive Assistant

• Manage Exec diaries, helping to prioritise meetings, protect focus time and ensure the best use of their schedule, in close coordination with the Executive Business Partner and key internal stakeholders.
• Maintain well-organised files and documents, ensuring information is stored clearly and professionally and that materials are easy to access when needed.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support, including processing and tracking the Executive’s business costs, managing correspondence and supporting ad hoc tasks as required.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including frequent travel in the UK and international travel as required.
• Respond promptly to travel changes, including rearranging bookings and liaising with travel providers to ensure plans run smoothly.
• Provide additional travel support for Board members and senior colleagues when required.
• Prepare clear and detailed itineraries, coordinating travel, accommodation and logistics for meetings, conferences and external engagements.
• Maintain accurate travel records to support internal reporting and sustainability tracking.
• Support the smooth running of the office through day-to-day coordination, practical administration and tasks that contribute to a well-organised and welcoming environment.
• Work alongside the office administration team to support the planning and delivery of internal meetings and company events, including team away days, seasonal celebrations and other staff gatherings.
• Provide additional administrative support to other members of the executive team when required, helping the wider Business Support team during busy periods and covering priorities as needed.

Business Analyst

• Manage and distribute power market price data and analytics, using relevant market sources and systems including Power Price spot systems, 3rd party consultants price curves and other datasets.
• Compile, review and analyse power price curves, supporting the business in understanding market movements, pricing assumptions and the impact on asset valuations, PPAs and hedging decisions.
• Maintain the power price hedges subledger, ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency of hedge-related information.
• Run and manage outputs from Juniper, Low Carbon’s proprietary power and risk management system, including scenario analysis, data updates and reporting outputs.
• Monitor relevant power market developments and provide analytical support on key power price trends, market risks and commercial implications.
• Support PPA deal valuation, preparation and negotiation, including analysis of contract structures, pricing options and risk allocation.
• Support management information and reporting for existing operational assets, including P13 assets and future price hedge execution.
• Manage deal flow tracking and management information through maintenance and distribution of relevant spreadsheets, reports and dashboards to key stakeholders.
• Support interactions with Investment, Finance, Asset Management and other internal stakeholders, ensuring information flows are accurate, timely and well-controlled.
• Coordinate information requests with traders, advisers and other external counterparties, ensuring data quality and attention to detail.
• Support ongoing improvements to power price reporting, hedge tracking, market data management and analytical processes.

Power Management Analyst

Human Resources

• Support administration and continual improvement of the People system (data quality, user access, workflows and self-service)
• Coordinate and execute core people processes with precision (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, benefits and payroll administration), ensuring accurate data capture and strong process controls across geographies
• Provide data-led support to managers and the People team (e.g., headcount, turnover, hiring funnel and engagement insights) to inform decisions on organisational design, hiring and engagement
• Own and continually improve People reporting (dashboards, KPIs and recurring packs), delivering clear insights and ensuring accuracy and integrity of People data
• Act as the bridge between People, Finance and Tech teams, championing automation, self-serve reporting and responsible use of AI to improve efficiency and decision-making
• Maintain People data governance (definitions, access controls, retention and GDPR-compliant processes), proactively identifying and resolving data quality issues
• Support payroll administration by maintaining accurate data inputs, managing process timelines and resolving data exceptions (UK and international)
• Support reward and benefits reviews by producing analyses, reports and documentation
• Coordinate data and reporting for annual compensation cycles (e.g., eligibility lists, checks and summary packs)
• Support the maintenance of our people policy framework by tracking versions, coordinating updates, and ensuring policies are accessible and consistently applied across geographies
• Support compliance and risk management by maintaining HR process evidence, reporting and controls to enable audit readiness
• Maintain and improve DEI reporting and dashboards (e.g., representation, hiring outcomes and progression), ensuring clear definitions and accurate, trusted data
• Support pay equity and reward analysis by preparing datasets, validating inputs and producing summary insights for review
• Improve DEI data capture and governance (including privacy and consent)
• Track and report on DEI actions and initiatives, helping to measure impact over time and enabling transparent updates to stakeholders
