• Provide day-to-day support across multiple DCO projects
• Coordinate environmental and technical surveys, including access arrangements and logistics
• Support public consultation activity, including preparation of materials, event coordination and stakeholder communications

• Maintain project records, action trackers, deadlines, document management processes and audit trails
• Coordinate inputs from consultants and internal teams

Development Analyst

Assistant

• Process and accurately record all purchase invoices, ensuring appropriate authorisation, correct matching to purchase orders/receipts, and maintenance of supporting records
• Prepare weekly payment runs for review, approval, and processing, including management of one-off payments and supplier data changes
• Perform weekly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts, including GBP and foreign currency
• Complete all month-end activities by the second working day, ensuring accuracy and strong process controls
• Review and monitor aged creditors and debtors, escalating risks or issues as needed
• Ensure compliance with payment-related policies, controls, and the Risk and Controls Matrix (RACM), including supporting audits and reporting any fraudulent or non-compliant activity
• Support the effective resolution of payment and AP-related queries or disputes with suppliers and employees
• Where AP is outsourced, coordinate the timely and accurate sharing of invoice data with the service provider
• Support VAT returns, audit requests, and maintain audit-ready financial records

• Work across multiple systems and support process improvements, including automation initiatives

Accounts Assistant

Product Manager

• Support the end-to-end product development process from requirements gathering and sprint planning to delivery working within a loosely Agile framework and progressively taking ownership of ceremonies over time.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal business users, translating inbound requests into clear, well-defined requirements while proactively shaping what gets built, pushing back where needed, and bringing your own thinking to prioritisation and scope.
• Work directly with quants and engineers to translate complex model outputs into usable, well-designed product experiences challenging assumptions and advocating for the end user throughout.
• Contribute to product roadmap planning for specific product areas, with the expectation of owning a roadmap area independently as you grow into the role.
• Get hands-on with design: mapping user flows, defining interfaces, and iterating based on feedback with direct coaching from the Head of Product.
• Contribute to the team's AI-assisted development approach, and over time play a role in shaping AI features and agents built for internal business use.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Provide day-to-day support to Commercial Finance Managers across a range of business activities.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly performance reports, forecasts and budgets.
• Support the evaluation of commercial opportunities, including sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.
• Respond to requests for financial information and analysis from stakeholders across the business.
• Support the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasting tools.
• Support scenario analysis and sensitivity testing for cashflow forecasting, commercial projects and investment decisions.
• Maintain model assumptions and supporting documentation.
• Gather, collate and validate financial and operational data from multiple sources.
• Maintain and update regular reporting packs and KPI dashboards.
• Analyse trends, variances and performance metrics, highlighting key findings to the Commercial Finance Managers.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data used in reporting.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reports to support business performance reviews.
• Prepare variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods.
• Present data and findings in a clear and concise format suitable for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.
• Support the development of new reports, templates and analytical tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.

Commercial Finance Analyst

Executive Assistant

• Manage Exec diaries, helping to prioritise meetings, protect focus time and ensure the best use of their schedule, in close coordination with the Executive Business Partner and key internal stakeholders.
• Maintain well-organised files and documents, ensuring information is stored clearly and professionally and that materials are easy to access when needed.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support, including processing and tracking the Executive’s business costs, managing correspondence and supporting ad hoc tasks as required.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including frequent travel in the UK and international travel as required.
• Respond promptly to travel changes, including rearranging bookings and liaising with travel providers to ensure plans run smoothly.
• Provide additional travel support for Board members and senior colleagues when required.
• Prepare clear and detailed itineraries, coordinating travel, accommodation and logistics for meetings, conferences and external engagements.
• Maintain accurate travel records to support internal reporting and sustainability tracking.
• Support the smooth running of the office through day-to-day coordination, practical administration and tasks that contribute to a well-organised and welcoming environment.
• Work alongside the office administration team to support the planning and delivery of internal meetings and company events, including team away days, seasonal celebrations and other staff gatherings.
• Provide additional administrative support to other members of the executive team when required, helping the wider Business Support team during busy periods and covering priorities as needed.
