About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide day-to-day support across multiple DCO projects
- Coordinate environmental and technical surveys, including access arrangements and logistics
- Support public consultation activity, including preparation of materials, event coordination and stakeholder communications
- Support landowner liaison, including access agreement arrangements
- Maintain project records, action trackers, deadlines, document management processes and audit trails
- Coordinate inputs from consultants and internal teams
- Prepare materials for project meetings, reporting and governance processes
- Track programmes, risks and key issues, ensuring information remains current and accurate
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant work experience, such as an internship, graduate role or early career experience in infrastructure, planning, environmental, property or a related field
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- A proactive approach and willingness to take on varied responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow tasks through to completion
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable working in an environment with changing priorities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Exposure to renewable energy or infrastructure projects
- Understanding of planning, environmental or land processes
- Experience supporting project delivery or working with external stakeholders
