Requirements
- Proven track record as a top performer with strong leadership skills to train, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a positive culture.
- Experience managing store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and achieving sales and payroll goals. Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and performance management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic schedules and ensure seamless store operations during unexpected changes.
