About the role
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a structured, consistent interview process.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support recruitment reporting.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and professional engagement throughout the hiring journey.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and sourcing activities across relevant channels.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (in-house or agency).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Clear and professional communication skills in English.
- Structured and detail-oriented working style, comfortable handling data and systems.
- A likeness for technology and the usage of AI.
