• Enable the sales team to focus on clients by building infrastructure and processes that reduce administrative work
• Own GTM systems and data: manage CRM and associated tools to ensure clean, reliable data and a single source of truth across the revenue funnel
• Define lead scoring and run high-velocity experiments with GTM Engineer to determine engagement priorities
• Own pipeline hygiene and processes to maintain clarity and cross-functional collaboration
• Build revenue analytics, dashboards, models, and reports that track funnel performance, productivity, and forecast accuracy
• Support planning and strategy: annual planning, headcount modeling, territory design, and quota setting
• First 3 months: establish sales enablement and support infrastructure, refine top-of-funnel initiatives, audit and own CRM/data structure, improve reporting dashboards, iterate GTM processes, deliver insights that shape GTM playbook

RevOps Manager

Full-stack Engineer

• Design and build scalable ingestion pipelines to bring data from SaaS APIs, enterprise systems, and custom client sources.
• Own major projects within the Raw Data roadmap, from building CLI tooling to scaffolding GenAI-assisted taps, and lead technical design reviews.
• Partner closely with the TPM to translate connector roadmaps and product requirements into production-ready systems.
• Improve developer experience by creating tools, automation, and documentation that reduce connector/tap build time.
• Deliver observability and reliability into data ingestion systems, ensuring trust in coverage and completeness.
• Set technical direction for parts of the Raw Data platform, mentor other engineers, and grow into a lead.
• Lead development of Connector Factory tooling, ship new connectors and taps, and contribute to API documentation and developer playbooks.
• Partner with TPM and Ontology engineers to deliver required raw data for Ontology and Client Delivery (People, Projects, Goals).

Staff Engineer, Raw Data

• Lead the Ontology team as a hands‑on technical lead and take technical leadership for Parable’s enterprise schema (ontology)
• Formalize entities/relationships, version data contracts, and balance abstraction vs. specificity for reusable models across clients
• Design idempotent, incremental pipelines that unify identities across systems into stable Parable IDs and persist them as lakehouse tables
• Establish gold-standard sources & standards and link out to other systems for complete coverage
• Productize research by partnering with Context Mining to transform one‑off client solutions into continuous, reusable ontology pipelines
• Co-design stable, performant APIs and query surfaces that power client UX and partner with App team
• Specify connector mappings, entity keys, and documentation to help Raw Data ship taps faster with clearer downstream contracts
• Drive technical standards (testability, observability, lineage/validation) so ontology jobs are dependable and easy to operate per‑tenant

Staff Engineer, Technical Lead – Ontology

Engineer

• Guide client admins through secure setup: API key/secret generation, permissions scoping, audit-log exports, and connector configuration across Workday, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft 365, Okta, Salesforce, Netsuite, and more.
• Own client integrations end-to-end: work with IT/SecOps, define least-privilege scopes, turn on exports/webhooks or scheduled jobs, and validate data flow in isolated tenant VPCs.
• Turn client setup learnings into repeatable, automated processes and internal systems to keep clients and CX teams updated on integration health.
• Plan and stand up production-grade ingestion: design backfills vs incremental syncs, handle rate limits/pagination, design retries/idempotency using Pub/Sub-orchestrated jobs.
• Build and harden connectors/taps in Python/TypeScript (and Rust where useful); improve scaffolding/CLI and documentation to enable self-serve.
• Instrument ingestion health: expose coverage windows, lag, error budgets, and volumes for clients and internal teams.
• Write crisp setup docs and step-by-step guides for token admin flows and source-specific quirks; align with client-facing App UX.
• Partner across streams (Raw Data, Ontology, Context Mining, CX) to deliver correct datasets and document semantics for mapping into the opinionated schema.

Forward Deployed Engineer

Technical Product Manager

• Own onboarding of client data into the Parable platform; be the single point of contact for Raw Data connectors.
• Build and productize a “Connector Factory” to reduce connector build time and enable GenAI-assisted tap development.
• Enhance developer experience via internal/external documentation, source categorization, and developer tooling (CLI, automation).
• Deliver observability tooling so clients and internal teams can view connector coverage, status, and data volumes.
• Support client-facing UX for API key/token management and connector health workflows.
• Interface with AI/ML teams to ensure raw data supports downstream pipelines and ontology requirements.
• Manage scoping and onboarding of client data and support delivery teams during customer projects.
