About the role
- Responsible for operational excellence, compliance, and quality of Wraparound Care and Holiday Camps provision
- Combine hands-on operational management with strategic oversight
- Ensure safe, engaging, and high-quality provision for children
- Embed company culture and values across all services and teams
- Spend time at venues supporting and managing venue teams
- Manage large teams of staff and regional operations
- Manage stakeholder relationships with schools, parents, and local authorities
- Support growth and change across the region
Requirements
- Experience of multi-site management in an Ofsted-regulated childcare environment
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks
- Experienced operations knowledge and comfortable spending time at venues with teams
- Strong communication skills and comfortable managing a large team of staff
- Strong stakeholder management experience to manage school, parent, and local authority relationships
- Forward-thinking and proactive approach to solving present and future problems
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to manage change and growth
- A passion for childcare and child development
