About the role
- Oversee the work of managers, ensuring consistency and quality in talent management.
- Set clear goals and monitor the area’s performance indicators.
- Serve as a reference for culture, values and strategic direction within the team.
- Map growth and development opportunities for each talent group.
- Source and evaluate new talent with potential to join LOUD.
- Ensure alignment between individual career strategies and LOUD’s positioning.
- Coordinate talent allocation across projects and campaigns, balancing exposure, relevance and impact.
- Act as the central link between Talent Management and areas such as Commercial, Content, PR, Account Management and Production.
- Ensure projects involving talent are well-structured, with deadlines and objectives met.
- Connect different teams to maximize collective results and ensure consistency of deliverables.
- Establish routines for follow-up, feedback and reporting with managers.
- Standardize deliverables, reports and management workflows.
- Anticipate bottlenecks and propose structural solutions to optimize operations.
- Support the development of managers by providing feedback and learning opportunities.
- Create a high-performance, collaborative and inspiring environment that encourages autonomy and continuous growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields.
- Strong skills in leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment, collaboration and delivery of results.
- Proven experience in talent management (influencers or creators) and in developing their careers.
- Integrated perspective on brand, content, culture and business, with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Background or repertoire in entertainment, digital culture, gaming or eSports.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and leadership skills across diverse profiles.
- Collaborative, inspiring and results-oriented profile, with a focus on people development and cultural strengthening.
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced English.
