About the role
- Plan, organize, and coordinate the entire lookbook photoshoot process, from scheduling to execution;
- Coordinate the creation and production of wholesale sales materials (buying guides and sales books);
- Manage the studio schedule and daily bookings, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimized;
- Hire and oversee audiovisual vendors (photographers, videomakers, producers, stylists, etc.);
- Act as a liaison between Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Style, Merchandising, multi-brand accounts, and Franchises;
- Produce creative studio days in partnership with the Branding team, contributing ideas and aesthetic direction;
- Control and monitor the department budget, ensuring efficient use of resources;
- Manage the team and oversee their professional development.
Requirements
- Preferred experience in fashion, marketing, fashion production, and studio operations;
- Bachelor’s degree completed in a field related to the role.
