About the role
- Manage, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using tools such as Braze, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp (or similar).
- Configure, monitor, and optimize push notification campaigns. Conduct A/B tests to optimize sends and communications.
- Monitor performance metrics (open rate, clicks, conversions, etc.) and generate insights for continuous improvement.
- Organize workflows and track tasks using Jira and other project management systems.
- Maintain ongoing interaction with the Operations team and Lifecycle teams across different business units, ensuring alignment and integration of strategies.
- Participate in planning the campaign calendar and coordinating deliveries with internal teams.
- Support contact list segmentation and the maintenance of data quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience with email marketing tools (Braze, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp or similar).
- Familiarity with task/project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Knowledge of digital campaign metrics (CTR, open rate, conversion, etc.).
- Basic understanding of lead segmentation and contact list management. Interest in learning and applying optimization and experimentation techniques (A/B testing).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and integrations between tools.
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for editing email templates. Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or similar.
