Salary

💰 £30,000 - £60,000 per year

About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle for Eliza, from prospecting through demo to close - selling AI agents to care home operators and home care providers.
  • Build your outbound engine from scratch: test messaging, channels, and approaches, while leveraging Lottie's existing network of 6,000+ care services for warm introductions.
  • Run product demos and lead Eliza's presence at industry events to generate pipeline.
  • Work closely with the Eliza product and engineering team to feed back what operators need and shape the roadmap.
  • Work with the GM to build the processes and reporting that will scale as the team grows.

Requirements

  • You're entrepreneurial and commercially driven - you want to build something, not just execute a playbook.
  • You've got a strong track record in a high-activity sales environment - whether that's SDR/BDR, Commercial Associate, or another commission-based role.
  • You're genuinely excited about AI and can articulate what an agent means for care operators in plain, compelling language.
  • You're a natural relationship-builder who people warm to - care is a people business and trust matters.
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity - the playbook doesn't exist yet and you'll be working with the GM to write it.
  • You're autonomous and resourceful - you figure things out, test ideas, and don't wait for permission.
Benefits
  • Equity: A very generous EMI share offering
  • Holiday: 26 days + bank holidays
